Our sleeping bags and comforters are handmade in the UK. Our play mats are made in Portugal.
Our standard shipping for the UK is Royal Mail 2nd Class. Faster deliveries are possible upon request.
Sending to EU countries is subject to additional delivery charge at checkout and can take 3 – 5 business days.
Orders to the rest of the world are subject to additional delivery charges at checkout and may take up to 10 working days. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any import duty and tax charges if incurred.
We really think that you and your baby will love our products.
However, if you are unhappy or would like to return your items you have 14 days from receipt of your products to apply for a refund.
Postage costs for returns are down to the buyer.
International orders unfortunately cannot be refunded.
Items must be in a perfect condition at the point of return, unused and in their original packaging.
In the unlikely event of a faulty product, we will, of course, provide a full refund once the goods are returned to us.
We strongly advise you to use a secure postal method for all returns, as we cannot refund or exchange items not received.
Unless specified, we are unable to provide refunds for sale items.
September discount code: INTRO10
The INTRO10 discount code gives new customers 10% off our all-season sleeping bags until the 30th September 2019. It cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or on sample sale items. The code must be used at the checkout and cannot be added retrospectively or given as a refund.

3.1.All intellectual property rights (text, graphics, photographs and other images, videos, sound and logo) are owned by us and are for Little Earth Baby use only.
3.2.If you were to create a link to this website and we wish to have it removed, we reserve the right to ask you to do so.
4.1.To register on our website you must be at least 18 years of age. If you are under this age, please note that you are liable to pay for such order and be held responsible for your order.
4.2.You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your account and password. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage that may result from your failure to do so.

5.1.We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the website at any time without notice.
5.2.We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear on this website. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
6.1.We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice.
7.1.All UK orders are dispatched using Royal Mail 2nd Class.
International orders will be dispatched with Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed service or the closest alternative for countries where this service is not available.
7.2.You will not hold us responsible for any delays, outside our control, which relates to the delivery of parcels.
7.3.It is your responsibility to report all undelivered or lost purchases online within 7 days at hello@littleearthbaby.
In case of an undelivered or lost purchase, it is the customer’s responsibility to comply with Royal Mail’s claim compensation process or our process. Failure to comply with this process will result in no credit being made in respect of such undelivered purchases.
7.4.You must update your address details in time if you change address, to ensure that your purchase is always sent out to the right address.
